Hey there, we are sorry that a number of people missed their early bird reward levels due to technical difficulties at the project's launch. We want to "make good" on those discounts and that is what this survey is for. Simply input the email address that matches your Kickstarter pledge and if you are currently at the Digital Delight level, we'll refund you $2 to bring you to the early bird price. If you are at any of the pledge levels that have at least one hardcover book, we'll refund you $7 (the price difference between $35 and $28.

I noticed the glitchy aspect was gone after the first 15 minutes or so, so your pledge should be during that time, but I'm not going to sweat a few people sneaking in around the periphery.
